Customer testimony

The Panhellenic Council is the organization that oversees the 13 chapters. We have had many experiences with catering for the Virginia Tech panhellenic community. Catering events for them like bid day, big little reveal and recruitment. Holding private events like Senior Brunch or Graduation dinners. Hosting benefit nights to raise upwards of $700+ for their philanthropic causes. This past year we have worked specifically with the Panhellenic Executive team on many occasions. So, we decided to ask them what they think of our catering and private events!

“Last fall Zeppolis had one of our executive team bonding dinners in their private event space. They catered many dishes while accommodating for allergies, dietary restrictions and had vegan/vegetarian options. We loved seeing some of our  favorites like Fettuccine Alfredo and Lemon Vegetable Linguine. There were appetizer options such as the olive bread, a large garden salad and tomato bruschetta. That was the first time I’ve had tomato bruschetta and I loved it. As a team we enjoyed the dinner so much we decided to do a catered event for the rest of the council. At that event we had to feed a bigger crowd so we were able to order dishes like a charcuterie board, pasta pinwheels, baked spaghetti and more. Everyone loved the catered style because they were able to try multiple dishes. We even had members take some extra food home for later. Additionally, we had Zeppolis cater a lunch for our recruitment team during the week of recruitment. That week was very stressful but the pasta made up for it!” - Katie Helms, VP Communications
